ShamFlow

Keep the systems that work. Connect the ones that don’t.

Most organizations already run software that is good enough in its lane. The gap is usually between those systems — not a missing screen. ShamFlow treats integration as a professional service: mapping, reconciliation, exception handling, and operations — not a catalogue of certified connectors we do not have.

Manufacturing

SCADA / MES / Historian → ShamFlow → ERP / SAP / Finance

Production events and inventory movements aligned to financial postings — with explicit exception queues when counts do not match.

Hotels

PMS / OPERA → ShamFlow → ERP / Finance

Stay, folio, and city-ledger activity reflected in the books. Pattern work; not a claim of an OPERA-certified connector.

Healthcare

Clinical / HIS → ShamFlow → ERP / Finance

Operational and commercial records kept distinct, with controlled posting into finance.

Retail

POS / Commerce → ShamFlow → Inventory / Accounting

Tenders, stock, and journals that can be reconciled at day close.

Reconciliation is the product

Integration work fails quietly when numbers diverge. ShamFlow engagements treat reconciliation as a first-class outcome: matched totals, named exception queues, and operators who can explain the difference.

  1. 01

    Map sources of truth

Decide which system owns each commercial fact — stay, tender, stock movement, invoice — before any message is copied.

  2. 02

    Post with rules

Define posting profiles, account maps, and timing so operational events become journals you can defend.

  3. 03

    Exception queues

Mismatches surface as work items. They are not overwritten, ignored, or “fixed” by silent retries.

  4. 04

    Operate the pipeline

Monitoring, retry policy, and named ownership after go-live — integration is not a one-time file drop.

Expected → Actual → Variance → Exception → Resolution

These are engagement patterns. They are not vendor certifications, productized adapters, or a promise that every protocol is already supported.
