Data Migration
Migration is treated as a project: mapping, sampling, reconciliation, and a freeze window. Historical dumps are not “just imported”.
Managed Support
After go-live we can stay: named support hours, release hygiene, and managed application operations. Scope is contractual — not an unlimited helpdesk claim.
